COVID-19 Updates: AEG sends its support and best wishes for a full recovery to everyone who has been affected by the COVID-19 virus. Our customers, employees, and partners are at the heart of what we do. Our concerns and well wishes go out to all those directly and indirectly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking the threat very seriously by protecting our workforce and minimizing the risk to the supply of our products and services to you during this time. Across the globe, the measures being put in place to reduce the spread of coronavirus, causing many companies asking their employees to work from home. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic combined with the crash in oil prices over the weekend—one of the sharpest in years—will complicate the global economic outlook over the coming months. AEG is continually assessing the growing impact on US engineering product development & manufacturing business and the global economy.

We would also like to take this opportunity to assure everyone that business will continue as usual at AEG during this time. We shall continue to monitor the situation, but fully expect that we can continue to provide you with uninterrupted engineering design & development services. Due to our robust online systems and engineering service, we are also able to continue with our Akron prototype manufacturing services even if it becomes necessary for our staff and engineers to work remotely. Our technology also allows for easy videoconferencing should in-person meetings become impractical due to quarantine.

We have re-prioritized our Technical Support team so that our Akron team will work with you on “work-from-home” without any project purchase orders as a top priority during this crisis.
